Returns
Change of Mind
In the unfortunate event you would like to return a product you can request to return products within 30 days, in brand-new condition, complete with the original packaging. Email your request to driftprints3d@gmail.com and include images and reasons for the return along with order reference number and we'll try to resolve everything. Please then write your order number and put it in the packaging before you send the goods back to us. When we have received and inspected the goods we can issue you with a refund.

Please note: it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the safe return of the goods you wish to send back. If your goods are not in brand new condition with their original packaging or are damaged then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repair from your refunded amount. Make sure you get a receipt as proof of shipment and save it until you have received the refund or replacement.

Damaged / Missing Items
It is important to check your goods when they get delivered. If the goods you have received from us are damaged or missing items, please let us know within 3 days.

Refused Delivery​
If a delivery is refused once it has left our warehouse, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our warehouse, by the delivery cost.

Custom prints
Due to the individuality of custom prints we do not accept returns unless it is not up to satisfaction. If this is the case please email first at driftprints3d@gmail.com.

Request prints and unique colours
Unless the print is not up to a satisfactory standard and it has been informed by email, any refunds on request car prints that are deemed non popular, or any non factory colour choices will incur a 20% restocking charge deducted from the refund.

Refund Policy
Once inspected and the return is confirmed a refund to the original payment method or store credit will be issued or a replacement item will be sent out.
